Checking References for Advancing Applicants

General Counsel has requested that we capture reference documentation.  Multiple templates/forms are provided in the appendices.  Try to provide at least two (2) references – staff and club leader are acceptable.

If references for the volunteer are unacceptable, refer to Suspending Potential Volunteer Application.
