Standby/Pause:

Is the mannequin on standby?

If the mannequin is on standby, you will see the following symptoms:

• Power button on bottom right of home screen will be yellow or gray instead of green

• Vital changes are not applying to patient monitor

• Microphone will not work
• Signal bar on left either yellow or gray

What causes the mannequin to go on standby?

• Clicking on Standby button
• Mannequin running a self-calibration test (will last 10-15 seconds) grayed out
• Battery on simulator is depleted (if not powered)
