My position description doesn’t seem to be in UA Vitae. Does it need to be?

Yes, you are asked to have your latest position description in your UA Vitae.  You can either enter it in the general text section or you can upload it as an attachment in that section.

To enter it:

  1. Go to the Profile section on the left menu
  2. Access the CALS Position Description section
  3. Select Add
  4. Either enter the text in the text field or upload it as an attachment.
    1. You'll be required to enter some text in the text field before saving.
