Is Zoom Video Conference available to University employees?

Yes!  Finally Zoom Video and Online Meetings are now available to University employees.  After much displeasure with Adobe Connect, the University has obtained an enterprise license for the use of Zoom.

You can access the platform by going to https://arizona.zoom.us

Once there, you can click on Sign In and you will be directed to enter your UA Net ID.  That will allow you to set up your profile (some content will be auto-populated) and begin scheduling meetings/webinars/video conferences.  If not prompted, download the desktop client to quickly initiate your sessions.

Participants do not have to have Zoom on their computers to participate in sessions.  You will receive a link to send to invitees when you initiate a meeting.  You can also establish a dedicated link that can be reused for standing meetings.  Attendees can join from a telephone or straight from their computer using a headset with mic.
