How can I create an offline survey in Qualtrics?

Many times, Extension work is done in areas where internet connectivity is very limited or not available at all.  We often use Qualtrics surveys to do follow-up or in-person evaluations, but cannot when there is no internet.  

Fortunately, Qualtrics provides an app that can be downloaded to your smartphone or your tablet so you can administer your survey/form and synch it when your internet connection is secure - you won't miss or lose any of your data from the surveys/forms.
