How do I supbmit my ESIP 6-month report?
For those Extension personnel who submitted a proposal for the Extension Strategic Investment Program (ESIP) and were approved, one criteria was that a 6-month progress report was required. To make the process simple, an online report form has been created to capture your information. You can access the form at this link: https://arizonace.quickbase.com/db/bpr8tevdv?a=nwr
The reports are due no later than August 30th, 2019. Here's what you will be asked to provide in the submission form:
- Your Name
- Your E-mail Address
- Project Name
- ESIP Number (if you don't have that, please submit an e-mail to azcebus@email.arizona.edu)
- Program Area
- Project Summary (<250 words)
- Project Progress (<250 words)
- Issues or Challenges (<250)
- List of Team Members
- Upload a pdf version of your project poster.
Funding for the second half of your ESIP project will be loaded to your department's state Extension account after your six-month report has been approved by your program director. NOTE: All ESIP funds must be expended by January 31, 2020.
