Extension Volunteer Cash Handling Training Video

The Bursar’s Office has approved utilization of this Cash Handling video in lieu of the Edge version of the training to best support our geographically dispersed, variant needs volunteer-base.

This training should be taken by any volunteer who will work with cash or checks while in service of Extension programming. Examples of this are collecting funds at fundraisers, assisting staff in funds reconciliation and other similar activities.

In order to be compliant, the volunteer must watch the video, then sign the acknowledgement form located below. Program staff must keep the acknowledgement on file for 8 years. Training must be completed annually.
