Trellis Marketing Cloud (Email Newsletters)

Want to start an email newsletter? We're here to help by getting you added to Trellis Marketing Cloud, which the University provides at no cost to you.

1. Use Support Tracker to request Trellis Marketing Cloud access. For Request Type, select "Marketing/Communication Support."
2. You'll get an email link to schedule a strategy session where we'll focus on your audience, newsletter goals and more so you're prepared with a plan.
3. After the strategy session, you'll receive emails from Edge Learning to complete or refresh a few trainings. These MUST be completed before you'll be added to Trellis Marketing Cloud
4. Once you're trainings are done, a you'll receive a welcome email in a few days. Confirm you access by signing into Trellis Marketing Cloud, selecting Staff Login under the Trellis Marketing Cloud tile.
5. Finally, Schedule an email text building session where we'll cover the basics of creating, testing and sending an email and highlight training resources.
