Shaping the Future of ExtensionOver the coming months, we’ll be working with Mitchen Leadership and Organization Development to create Extension's Strategic Action Plan. This plan will help define our mission, goals, and strategies so we can grow as a team and continue to have lasting, relevant impacts in our communities. How will we create our Strategic Action Plan? By listening to every voice, considering all perspectives, and using our Economic Impact Report, Statewide Needs Assessment Report, and additional data collected during the process.
